I think this is Montanoa hibiscifolia Benth. as per keys in  Montanoa hibiscifolia (Asteraceae): a new record for India from the Nilgiris, Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu, IndiaNovember 2016 Webbia 72(1):1-5.
