Yes, I have seen this web page of Flora of Sri Lanka.

My observation is a close match with the features seen in the photos on this page.

In my observation, I find:

• The vine I found is above 1,600 metres (observed at 2,100 m)
• The woody climber (liana) has terete stems, heavily tuberculate
• 3-5 foliolate thick leathery leaves
• Leaflets, 4 to 6 pairs of primary veins, low number
• Mature leaflets, sub-entire, with very distant, shallow notches
• Flowering & fruiting of T. nilagiricum typically occurs between December and March in the Nilgiris

To me, I believe my observed plant must be Tetrastigma nilagiricum (Miq.) B.V. Shetty

About distribution it is found in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu and beyond in Sri Lanka.

As such "nilagiricum" suggests belonging to the Nilgiris.

Here is some information I sought from the internet - my observed plant agrees well with the information.

Dinesh's plant does agree with well with Tetrastigma nilagiricum - leaves and inflorescence. However, I don't have a comparative analysis available for this genus.

From the information sought, the posted plant is quite satisfactorily Tetrastigma nilagiricum (Miq.) B.V.Shetty

Features that make it distinct among the four species is: 

Stem: Terete (cylindrical) and heavily tuberculate.
Leaf Surface: Leathery (coriaceous).
