a wild flower seen at Kyangnosla WLS in Sikkim at an altitude of 11000 feet.

Leaves suggest Erodium. I would tentatively go with Erodium stephanianum

Oh yes, I thought they belonged to another fern.
This should be Erodium.
By the way are you sure Erodium stephanianum Willd. is distributed in Sikkim?

Does look like an Erodium, but I would be surprised if it is Erodium
stephanianum. Petals look different. Also, in Erodium stephanianum
flowers, looking from above, the sepals, with long pin-like tips
should be visible alternating with the petals.

On second thought, I think I concur with Pankaj's earlier view that it
is a Geranium species, and the leaves in the background belong to
another plant (possibly an Eordium). In fact, right behind the flower
and the buds, is visible a leaf, which is very much like a Geranium
leaf.

I agree with Tabish ji and Pankaj ji,
the flowers and the buds are very much like Geranium and one Geranium leaf
left to the stem is also visible.
