Requesting a tree id_180223

Dear community,

The tree was found on the banks of the river.

Leaves are simple, petiolate, linear, entire and acute. 

The flowers are cauliflorous, they are yellow, trimerous, borne as fascicles(?). 

Resembles Knema attenuata heavily, but it has a yellow (what appears as a) peltate disc.

Yes, appears close to images of male flower only as per
