Can i get the pointers especially to identify the Rhodiola tibetica ?

Yes, there is a possibility of 4.jpg being Rhodiola tibetica (though details are unclear from this low res. image) as per

2.jpg and 3.jpg are different.

no the number 2 and 3 are the same plant after washed  ... i have one more picture that i m attaching

To me look different.

Serration of live and dead plant leaves seems different to me.

But if you are sure that it is the same plant, then you can take it as id.

Yes sir it could be different, maybe since we have collected many plant specimen... i will figure that out ... Till then please ID the plant in other image leaving 4 no. Photograph as such.
