Wildflower ID Request - SJ:23Aug09

Hello everyone,

 

Yesterday while bird-watching near Damdama Lake/Gurgaon area (Aravali Hills farm area) I took photos of a few wildflowers. Here is the first.

 

Would really appreciate ID help.

Common names: Getan, Kunjru.

Common weed during Monsoon in Mumbai
