To exclude the possibiiity of V. salina need to see leaves and capsule

Strongly glandular pubescent bracts and calyx do suggest V. salina.

I m out of station for few days...as i have clicked this picture in ganderbal wetland...and these days i m in district kulgam of Jammu and Kashmir..i m planning to wisit there soon .....i will be back with more such pics with authentication

Yes, appears close to images at Veronica anagalloides Guss.

However, I am doubtful if the habit image is from the same plant/ species.
