Melanoselinum decipiens does not have distribution in India as per POWO and CoL.
I know this plant, but unable to recall the name now.

I agree with Gurucharn ji.  Could be S.canadensis.  The problem is the photograph  is small and is not expandable to view the details.  Any other photo of the same plant is possible, it would be helpful .
