Baobab in Delhi ZOO

dear all

TWO Baobab trees, about 30 feet tall, are thriving in the

Delhi Zoo. Recently when a article appeared in the local

Hindi newspaper many curious came over to see this Kalpavriksha.

so did i. and located them.

People religiously started to conduct  puja with different incenses  etc

This made the zoo officials take precaution and they

put a barbed wire fence around so that people do not come in contact directly and

spoil the health of these thriving Baobab.
