Known as Vishnukranthi , Vishnugandhi , Shankhapuspi and various other names in different regions, it is an important medicinal herb - a brain tonic. Plenty in a wasteland nearby my house.

Most of Database says Evolvulus alsinoides var. hirsutus (Lam.) Ooststr. as

a separate one.
