Dear Garg Ji Na d Saroj Ji, I also think i t is not Ficus auriculata as the leaves are too small for it to be close to Ficus auriculata.Ficus auriculata is commonly called the Elephant Ear Fig due to its extremely large leaves.

This is Ficus auriculata Lour., even in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand many times we see small leaved trees.

What about fruits.  Here it normally fruits at the base of the main trunk ?   Need to recheck.
