Torenia parviflora Buch.-Ham. & Benth. is a synonym of Torenia thouarsii (Cham. & Schltdl.) Kuntze

To me images of this species at Flowers of India look different & may not be correct.

Thanks Garg Ji for this analysis, I have least expected any id for my pics, due to bad quality..

Nothing can be said until some good pics are available. I agree with you regarding FOI page..

I could not infer anything at present even from nice images of Saroj Ji..

Dear Mr. Garg ,

I have posted one image from this post and one from Kathmandu on facebook. 

One Botanist from Nepal and one from India, Prasad M Govindan have 

suggested the ID as Torenia hookeri (C. B. Clarke ex Hook. fil.) A. Pal & M. Chowdhury,

which looks correct. If so we need to revise all this sp. from efi. 

By the way I have, earlier, suggested its syn : Vandellia hookeri C.B.Clarke ex Hook.f.  

and Lindernia hookeri (C.B.Clarke ex Hook.fil.) Wettst.
