Looks like Euphorbiaceae member. Possibly related to Jatropha.

I also feel it could be H.brasiliensis, commercial Rubber tree.

Not Hevea brisiliensis please, which has trifoliate leaves, whereas this one has simply deeply lobed leaves. Also fruits are weekly tilobed in Hevea, not here.

Yes it is Manihot glaziovii of Euphorbiaceae family, a close relative of tapioca.
