Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.

Location: near Reserve Forest, Chathamattom, Ernakulam District, (Kochi) Kerala PIN:686671

Altitude: 1400fsl

Flower date: 07.09.2021, 11.30am

Habitat: wild moisture

Plant habit: under shrub, erect, branches, semi hard stem 04mm diameter, hairy, annual

Height: 05 feet

Leaves: alternate, ovate, apex, toothed margins, hairy, size:07×3cm or less, closes updated in night

Flower: 5 petals, diameter:19mm, yellow, non fragrant

Fruit: capsule, globular green into brown, diameter:6mm

Seed: black, 8 nos., rigid, pear shaped size:3×2mm

Camera: mobile Samsung Galaxy A21s

Similarity, but differences in leaves design, dear Paradesi ji.  Serrated margin of Sida spinosa leaves from very near to base and have a clear apex.  But in my plant serration starts far from base and have'nt a clear apex, please check the collage, first is mine and second is S.spinosa at efi.  With kind regards, Sam.

Very minute difference Sam Ji, that much variable accepted for with in species,
Check once more what you pointed out characters in your plant young to mature stages, 
within your plant I have observed there is serrate from the middle and from base also,
let me after once more your diagnosis,

I think Sida ovata Forssk. as per illustrations at Malvaceae of Southern Peninsular India: A Taxonomic Monograph V. V. Sivarajan, ‎A. K. Pradeep – 1996
Looks different from illustrations of S.spinosa.

The leaves of Sida ovata is not matching with my plant, dear Garg ji, please check the collage, first one is S. ovata at efi and other images are mine, with kind regards, Sam.
