Looks like a Liparis. Not easy to confirm species without open flowers.

Close to Liparis resupinata Ridl. ?? 
But the flowering season is given as Oct-Dec in efloraNepa, FoI  and the BSI book Orchids of India,
whereas if ID is correct I have shot them in the same periphery in March .
