This wonderful tree was seen frequently in the forest of Kulgi, Dandeli, Karnataka. These pics are taken on 24 and 25 April '10. Peculiarity is one pair of pinnae at the end of a common petiole and the red glands. The description of this tree is given in the book recently mentioned by Sanal ji. 'A pictorial guide to the plants of the Indian sub- continent' by R. Aima pg : 493.
