NOTE: The name of this species is sometimes mis-spelled as Asystasia mysurensis, based on its publication in Journal of the Linnean Society, Botany 9: 524. 1867. However, this name is based on the earlier publication of Ruellia mysurensis in Novae Plantarum Species 303. 1821, and is either a mis-reading or a mis-spelling of that name ... മൈസൂരു mysooru is already validated in compilation of Sida mysorensis Wight & Arn.

Malayalam spelling  മൈസൂരു is got  from the title of Malayalam Wikipedia page.
The other spelling മൈസൂർ.also must be in use.

Please note that
മൈസൂരു mysooru is already validated by you in compilation of Sida mysorensis Wight & Arn.

It is very important that we keep the name consistent across the species. 
I would have gone ahead to revise the spelling only if it was incorrect.

My suggestion is before checking Sida mysorensis.  The spelling Mysooru മൈസൂരു also correct.
