Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.

Location: bloomed near Vannappuram Thodupuzha Idukki Kerala INDIA

Altitude: 1500fsl

Flower date: 25JUN2023, 06pm

Habitat: wild moisture rocky misty windy sloppy alpine

Plant habit: lithophyte shrub, erect, basal branches, weak semi-fleshy cylindrical stem 03cm base circumference, smooth glabrous purplish old bark, latex, perennial

Height: 03 feet

Leaves: alternate spirally lengthy elliptic acute flexible glossy, size upto: 17×4cm

Flower: axillary panicle inflorescence, clustered, diameter:04mm, greenish yellow, good, fragrant
