Yes, appears close to images at Picris hieracioides
As per Checklist of Nepal and POWO, only Picris hieracioides subsp. kaimaensis Kitam. is reported from Nepal.
But we have to find out the difference it has compared to Picris hieracioides subsp. hieracioides

Thank you Mr. Garg. I shall take this as Picris hieracioides subsp. kaimaensis (Kitam.) Kitam. 
since it is listed in the book of  Karnali Province I had referred earlier in relation to another sp.

Flora of North America gives Picris hieracioides Linnaeus syn. P. hieracioides subsp. kamtschatica (Ledebour) Hultén).
Flora of China says 
"Presence in China and the status of P. hieracioides subsp. kaimaensis Kitamura, said to occur in the Himalaya as well as in NE Asia (Korea, Mongolia), need evaluation in the context of a revision of the P. hieracioides complex in E Asia"
