Identification required: Aquatic Grass

This pic was taken in South Gujarat. This grass grows gregoriously at the edges of nalahs, ponds, etc.
Attains height of up to 2.5m.  Leaves are narrow, linear. Ligules has hairs.  Leaf edges are serrated and sharp. Flowers are seen from April onwards.
