Dear All,
I photographed this medium size tree ( height about 5-6 mtrs) in Pachmarhi last week.
Locals could not gave me any clue about its local name or anything.
May I request you all to help in ID please.
Regards.

The locals could not give you a name because this is not a native tree of India. I am afraid the name has slipped my mind!

Dear Lavkumar Khachar,

Sir, salute to you from Shrikant. I am meeting you after 1975 when we
had gathered at Guhagar for a camp organised by Prakash Gole. That was
on 13 Nov.1975 and we celebrated Dr. Salim Ali's birthday. I learnt
great lessons of birding from you in the forests of Guhagar. We were
also with Dr. Vartak and other experts. It was then that I was exposed
to botany along with birds. What a coincidence to meet you on a plants
group! I was sorry to have lost contact with you inspite of Taej
Mundkur from Pune being with you in Sourashtra. How are you Sir and
how are you keeping busy? Pls do write to me. With tonnes of regards,
Shrikant Ingalhalikar
