Looks like Oxytropis lapponia, which is common in Ladakh. Is found at
altitudes of 3000-4500 m.

In general very difficult to distinguish. However, most of the
Astragalus have yellow flowers. Only 2-3 species have pinkish flowers.
There is also another genus Hedysarum which is very similar. I
frequently get confused between them.
