I agree that Amherstia nobilis or Tree of Heaven as it is called...has one of the most beautiful flowers I have come across. I too have taken pictures of its flowers at the same location.You can see close-up of flower taken by me on flowersofindia.net

Its tender leaves are also very beautiful.They are hanging down and straighten up as they grow older.
