I think Daphne tangutica Maxim. and Daphne retusa Hemsl. are different as per POWO links.

Pl. check and correct.

Thanks Garg ji,

Siddharh had given me the name Daphne retusa Hemsl., but I messed it up because of The Plant List.

I have corrected it now.
