It appears as if a climber is blooming and not the tree. A close up
and sizes of flowers and leaves would help. The climber may be
Calicopteris floribunda in fruits. Regards, Shrikant

No, its not Calicopteris floribunda. I'm positive about that.I'll try
to get a close up tomorrow.
