As per efi thread : Inflorescence in compound terminal cymes - Mollugo stricta L. (M. pentaphylla L.) Inflorescence in axillary clusters - M. spergula L. (Glinus oppositifolius (L.) Aug.DC.)

This is not Glinus, I think, the inflorescence of which "in seemingly axillary cymes" and an assorted illustration might help - http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=51025&flora_id=2.

Basal rosette leaves are like M. nudicaulis Lam. and similar photographs can be found in http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Mollugo_nudicaulis. Yet I think it may be M. stricta L. of FoC or M. pentaphylla L. of FoP or in http://indiabiodiversity.org/species/show/230394
