Photographed yestrday at Rajmachi, need confimtion for fully yellow
flower if it is also asclepia surassavica (Haldi Kunku in Marathi)

Yes it is indeed Asclepias curassavica  Family Asclepiadaceae
I had seen similar complete yellow variety few years back in S.P. College Pune in the main circle near the main gate . Those in Pune might search for it there.
As per BSI Mah.flora.........
Native of the West indies, naturalized in India. Common as weed in river beds.
