Not easy to say without flowers. But looks like a Bulbophyllum.

Sorry this is not Bulbophyllum. Do you have more pics of the leaf? Do I see three veins on the leaves?
Where is this from?

I think this is a Pholidota and not Bulbophyllum. but can't confirm which species. There are few two leaved Pholidota in Java, P. gibbosa, P. globosa, P. camelostalix and P. carnea.
Please check with these.
