... unless Puttaraju ji is confident about the plant growing into a tree, my guess: this could be some Asclepiad climber.

i guess its tree species, instead of resurfing again and agian, Puttarajuji if you can provide us more photos, that only can help to id this plant..

My guess is that this could be a species of either Ixora or Memecylon.
