Ornamental Plant for ID : Euphorbia : Muscat,Oman : 231212 : AK-3

An ornamental plant seen in a home garden here in Muscat on 29/1/2011.

No flowers seen by me, only leaves.

This resembles the African Milk Bush, Synadenium grantii but is having tiny spikes.
