To me it appears to be some Aster species.
Is there any yellow flowered one in your area?

Pulicaria dysenterica

Yes, possible.
Images at Pulicaria dysenterica (L.) Gaertn. from plains look a bit different.
However, it seems to match as per POWO specimen.
