Where are the leaves of this plant? All the other leaves visible in the photo is from the other plant growing by its side i.e. Lantana camara. Only the inflorescence is not enough to determine the specific epithet of a plant.
I am requesting the original poster of this photo for a better and scientific snap.

Regards,
Tanay

Dear Tanay ji
I was referring to the trifoliate leaves which are clearly seen in the background. The Climber was engulfing many shrubs and herbs in the marshy areas adjacent to the Munnar lake dam.
Attaching one more picture of similar climber observed nearby showing similar trifoliate leaves.
I understand that adequate characters may not be possible in every photograph.
One who is conversant with local flora may guide to the likely species. I am happy to see your recent posts which have solved many likely IDs.

Tanay ji
This group is meant not only to know about plants, but also an education in communication skills which will go a long way in personality development of especially the young colleagues. We aim to find avenues of agreement and not discover disagreement where it does not exist. It is not strange if you could not see trifoliate leaves (which we could easily see)  in original photographs of Satish ji, but it looks strange that you chose to highlight your observations in bold red text. Let us avoid such ways of expression. It is not condusive to healthy evolution of the group.
