It is  Cochlospermum religiosum
Local marathi name is  Ganer

 This is a Cochlospermum, probably C. vitifolium.

There is no close up of the flowers. Therefore , the identification is difficult. Neverthless, I donot think it is Tabebuia species. Send a close up of the flowers.
