Location: bloomed near Vannappuram Thodupuzha Idukki Kerala INDIA
Altitude: 1500fsl
Flower date: 16MAR2024, 03.05pm
Habitat: wild moisture rocky sloppy windy misty highland
Plant habit: small obliquely branched parasitic tree, hard cylindrical brownish silvery stem 10cm base diameter, roots wrapped around
Height: 05 feet
Host tree: Erythrina
Leaves: densely clustered at terminals imparipinnate, leaflets 05 pairs opposite elliptic acute simple flexible smooth glossy lite serrated margins; tamarind tasted, size upto: 07×4cm
Flower: axillary umbel inflorescence in terminals, clustered, whitish, fragrant diameter:05mm
Fruit: drupe green into greenish brown ovoid size: 09x4mm tamarind tasted
Seed: brown single ovoid

One correction: panicle inflorescence and the tree is deciduous.
