Help in Identifying two ornamental plants

Both of them were sighted at null 13.05 N, 80.25 E at Semmozhi Poonga, Chennai.

Seems to be Zephyranthes. Pink one seems to be rosea.

These are very common ornamental plants in Chennai. There are other
colours too. yellow and white, which I had grown in Chennai. They
flower frequently whensoever it rains in Chennai. Some of them are
also known as grass lilies.
