Yes sir. As per Flora of India it is S.anquetilia.
But it belongs to Rutaceae?

I think it will be Skimmia anquetilia N.P.Taylor & Airy Shaw as per keys and distribution in BSI Flora of India and details in Trees and Shrubs Online and as suggested by D S Rawat ji.
Skimmia laureola subsp. laureola does not have distribution in Western Himalayas as per BSI Flora of India.

I agree with Garg Ji. In S. laureola ripe fruits are black (cf S. anquitilia, which has red fruits).

In eFI database Rhodiloa rosea has been reported from the Western Himalaya. I doubt whether it is found in Indian Himalayan region. Kindly verify.
