Google AI view gives difference between the two as below:
Eriolaena quinquelocularis and Eriolaena hookeriana are both small to medium-sized deciduous trees (Malvaceae family) found in India with similar yellow flowers and woody capsules. E. quinquelocularis (bothi) has smaller leaves (approx. 10 cm), and is found in regions like Maharashtra and Rajasthan. E. hookeriana often features on rocky slopes and is distinguished by its specific pollination biology.
Habitat: Found in central/southern India, typically on cleared slopes at 750–1000 m, sometimes in Sri Lanka.
Flowers: Brief flowering, pollinated by bees such as Apis dorsata.
Status: Considered a rare species, often occurring on rocky, nutrient-poor soil.
Differences: While very similar in appearance (both have yellow flowers and woody, winged capsules), they are often distinguished by their specific habitats, slightly different leaf sizes, and, in botanical studies, their specific floral structure (e.g., number of locules in the ovary). E. hookeriana has a noted presence in the Journal of Threatened Taxa, while E. quinquelocularis is described in eFlora of India.
Both species produce fruits that are woody, 5-10 valved capsules, containing numerous winged seeds designed for wind dispersal.

Pl. see 'A taxonomic revision of the genus Eriolaena (Malvaceae) in India- January 2020- Chandramohan K., Mahesh Y., Rambabu K. & E. Kiran. For Eriolaena quinquelocularis, it says 'Capsules woody, oblong to ovate or ovate to lanceolate, 2.5 - 3 cm long, pointed, 5-celled, 5-10 valved; valves tubercled, ...'

So it is Eriolaena quinquelocularis only.
