Could be Ilex species.  But not able to confirm the species I.sikhimensis as the leaves are at variance.

"Leaves with entire margins (I. sikkimensis - margins serrate), Leaves pubescent beneath, apex acuminate not caudate.
Chances for Ilex excelsa (Wall.) Voigt are higher.

Yes I guess it is more close to Ilex excelsa (Wall.) Hook. fil. (accepted name).
