Valley of Flowers ... about 11000 - 12000 ft
Dear friends, ID please.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: erect herb about 75 cm high, flower 20 - 25 mm across

¿ Potentilla ?

Most likely Potentilla argyrophylla var. atrosanguinea (if leaves have 3 leaflets)
Geum elatum also has similar flowers which are yellow or sometimes red. Leaves are different there.

Perhaps lower leaves have to be investigated. The leaves seen look much different from larger, silky, cut leaflets of atrosanguinea.

Gurcharan ji, the last picture is the only photo showing long shot.

Apologies for not covering the basal leaves - perhaps due to intent of covering more distance and more plants.
