¿ Phallus indisiata ?

Please validate this mushroom to be Phallus indisiata commonly known as veiled mushroom.

Date/Time : July 3, 2010 at 10.43am IST
Location Place : near Lion's Point, Lonavala
Altitude : about 762 m (above mean sea level)
GPSaround 18°41'56.00"N, 73°23'12.79"E

Dear Dinesh,

I think this is  "Netted Mushroom or Ladies Skirt". Sc.name: Dictyophora indusiata.
Pl. check this..

Many thanks, you said it right, dear Prashant ... and there is also a typo in my query -- it should have been Phallus indusiatus !!

At Wikipedia, it says Phallus indusiatus was transferred to Dictyophora indusiata ... but got re-classified as Phallus indusiatus ...

Ahh ha!!
This is Viel mushroom Phallus indusiatus (Sun: Dictyophora indusiata) from Phallaceae the family is a distinctive rotten and awful smelll if you smell any Phallaceae member you will vomit..
