Date: November 2020
Altitude: 1662m.
Habitat : Wild 
Since it has not flowered yet I could not decide if it is 
Pogostemon glaber Benth. ??

Yes, appears close as per Pogostemon glaber. Only doubt is the bracteoles. Maybe these are falling off at later stages.
