Need help in identifying this climber.

A woody climber with multiple red colour berries. The unripe berries were green in colour, the stem had slight depressions in and was speckled, it was growing in the wild.
Bhopal near Van Vihar. There were quite a few of these growing in the area, and saw it in fruit today (17th April). Climber that was growing along with other climbers on wrightia tinctoria and bamboo. It was found in a rocky area and the roots had managed to grow in cracks and crevices.
