Dear Members,
Please ID wild plant, the fruit plant is another of the same kind, but I am not sure it is same as the flowering plant, with a screen shot. With kind regards, Sam.
Location: near Reserve Forest, Chathamattom, Ernakulam District, (Kochi) Kerala PIN:686671
Altitude: 1400fsl
Flower date: 20.08.2021, 01.45pm
Habitat: wild moisture
Plant habit: climbing/hanging, branches, slender weak fleshy lite rigid stem 02mm diameter, hanging thread tendrils, perennial
Height: 04 meters
Leaves: alternate, heart shaped, apex, margins tendrils inwards beneath, size:12×8cm or less
Flower: racemose, size:08×3mm, diameter:03mm, off-white, non fragrant
Fruit: ovoid, whitish green into orange, size:09×3cm
Seed:
Camera: mobile Samsung Galaxy A21s

Thank you very much dear Saroj ji, for the ID suggestion, the leaf veins are very close to Solena heterophylla, please check the collage. First top is S. amplexicaulis
Bottom left is of this ID request, right is S. heterophylla at eFI. I didn't know more about this and I agree with you what ever your decision, with kind regards, Sam.

Taking it as Solena umbellata (Willd.) W.J. de Wilde & Duyfjes as no distribution for Solena heterophylla Lour. subsp. heterophylla as per Review of the Genus Solena (Cucurbitaceae) Authors: Wilde, W.J.J.O. De; Duyfjes, B.E.E. Source: Blumea – Biodiversity, Evolution and Biogeography of Plants, Volume 49, Number 1, May 2004 , pp. 69-81(13).
Also as there are ridges on the fruit, it should be Solena umbellata (Willd.) W.J. de Wilde & Duyfjes.

I think it's a dioecious vine and the updated images gives a clear picture. Sharing more images.
