I think it should be Cuscuta campestris Yunck. as per keys as per Flora of China & as per comparative images at ‎Cuscuta

Dear Mr. Garg,

According to the POWO , CoL, GBIF and WPCuscuta pentagona Engelm. has got no distribution near Nepal and India and most of the Asian countries
and also Cuscuta campestris Yunck is not the syn. as they are mentioned as separate sps.

I am wondering if this could be Cuscuta chinensis Lam. since it is recorded in Nepal. It is recorded form the Kirtipur which is the same locality of Chobhar.
