I will take the ID as Gentiana quadrifaria var. zeylanica (Griseb.) Kusn. is treated as synonym of Gentiana pedicellata subsp. zeylanica (Griseb.) Halda in POWO.

I have added two cropped photos to the observation to get a closer look at the calyx, whether it is reflexed or recurved, its length compared to corolla tube, . We can see a few buds around the flowers.
