Ranunculus adoxifolius (Buttercup)
Badrinath, Uttarakhand, June 2009.
 
Clinching ID clue is Leaves rounded 3-lobed,long-stalkedand then lobe is also 3-lobbed.
 
Experts may confirm or otherwise.

Hi, Suresh ji,
I think your plant is Ranunculus brotherusii as leaves are different than what is stated in Concise Flowers of Himalayas for Ranunculus adoxifolius & also out of range.
