Identification of the plant

                          Please help me in identification of the plant. Plants leaves are succulent, stretchable and little mucilaginous. White fibres appears during leaves cutting. 
Collected from Pithoragarh Uttarakhand.

Anaphalis lawii young leaves or other species also of Anaphals only.
