Leaves are of Ficus species (palmata ?) and pappus are of Sonchus (as per images herein) as suggested by Paradesi ji.

These are photos of two different plants.
The leaves are of a shrub with the pappus of a composite rising between them.
If Seema ji will examine the ground visible through the leaves of the shrub she may find the leaves of the Sonchus? species below.
