It appears like Pyracantha crenulata (Nepalese Firethorn) as per Concise Flowers of the Himalaya & as per links:

Hi
I am giving more information which I remember.
It is a shrub
It's size is nearer to Jasmine flower.
Maximum leanth of leaf is  around 10 inches.
Height is 2100 metre
