ID Pls- Insectivorous plant?

Dear All,

            Please help with the ID of this small plant (approx half - 1ft in height) photographed today near Gorewada Lake, Nagpur. The plant had only a thin stalk-like stem and 1 leaf near the base. Looking at the inflorescence (?), just wondering if it could be an insectivorous plant?
